Breezy Plus

Breezy Plus is a custom Freshdesk theme that we developed for our support portal. It combines the best practices, features, and characteristics of Freshdesk customization. A sticky header is one of the main features. It allows users to see the menu all the time. Other features include side navigation for more comfortable usage of your support portal, categories with icons located on the homepage, ‘prev’ and ‘next’ buttons for getting to the next or previous pages, and custom links in the header and footer. Breezy Plus allows you to save up to $400 because it provides a fully customized Freshdesk support portal without the need to pay for every single customization step. You have two options—to keep this theme the way it is or add other services like branding and extra customizations. Note: because of Freshdesk limitations, the side navigation displays only the first-level folders if you have a sub-folder structure on the Enterprise plan.
