This Freshdesk extension presents a list of popular searches under the search box on the main page. The Freshdesk support portal does not have the functionality of frequently searched articles. However, this extension lets you add a list of links to specific search terms. If the user clicks the link, the page with search results opens with a pre-populated search term.
