  Shade: I call Choco Noir "The deepest brown around". Basically black with a touch of warmth. Gr8 for woman of color that would gravitate to a black pencil (a glam no-no). Choco Noir is a fab 'near black' shade that gives your dark arches 'pop' without a harsh 'drawn in' appearance. Formula: I designed my version of a brow pencil to have a 'pencil to powder' finish.
