Nicaragua Pacamara

Roast: Medium From the Selva Negra Coffee Estate Region in Nicaragua. Brew Best is excited to add this new coffee. What is a Pacamara Coffee you ask?  The Pacamara coffee bean originated from a cross between Pacas and Maragogype. Pacamara is thought to have been developed in order to create a variety of Typica with larger coffee. Selva Negra is a very successful estate for many reasons, but mostly for its high quality standards in all they do. This does not end with the quality of the coffee and its processing, or with the quality of the environment with all its sustainable implications, but extends to the quality of life of those that live in the estate. They offer houses, schooling, on-site convenience store, on-site medical clinic, sponsored baseball team, social events, training & conferences. We have chosen the honey washed coffee process giving us cupping notes of chocolate, lemon, plum, and honey undertones.
