This years version spent 30 months in a combination of Bookers, Old Fitzgerald, and Elijah Craig bourbon barrels before being combined with our favorite beans, the Losantiville Blend from Deeper Roots coffee, overnighted from the roaster and added to the tank the following day; over 2lbs per barrel of a blend of whole Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans that were painstakingly chopped and scraped to extract as much flavor as possible; and last but not least, organic sweet cinnamon sticks.We've been asked before, "how do you know when it's ready?
