VIII

For our eighth anniversary release, VIII, we made a 10% English Style Barleywine and aged it in Buffalo Trace (60%) and Woodford Reserve (40%) barrels for 2 years. This beer is like an amped up version of III, one of our favorite anniversary beers to date.   VIII is thick and sticky, with layers of honey, dark fruit, toasted nuts, chocolate, and oak. It's best enjoyed at cellaring temperature, celebrating with friends.
