Vietnam is the second largest coffee producer in the world! Although recognized for volume, mostly high caffeine Robusta beans, quality coffee is not something that is traditionally thought of when thinking about Vietnamese coffee production. This is changing and we are excited to be able to offer this Arabica coffee from the Cau Dat region. Coffee drinkers have commented that this coffee has a taste that is somewhere between coffee and tea.  This is our first-time offering coffee from Vietnam, and we would enjoy hearing your feedback!  Region: Cau Dat   FLAVOR: Rich, balanced cup with notes of dry red fruits and citrus. CUP: Medium to heavy body / Medium Acidity
