SC-94 REV 1 is a water-based, aliphatic polyurethane coating designed to provide a final finish or paintable surface for various flexible polyurethane foams, elastomers, and latex products.  It can be applied with a gloss or flat finish.  It can also be used as an in-mold coating for casting or brushing polyurethane products behind.   Adhesion to multiple substrates Clear base is easy to tint or pigment Can be applied in a flat or gloss finish High elongation and tensile/tear resistance   APPLICATION INFORMATION:The recommended method of applying SC-94 REV 1 is by spraying with conventional spray gun. Brush coats may be used but spraying is more uniform. When pigmented with water based pigments, 2 to 3 coats should be applied to achieve an opaque film. Surfaces should be clean and dry.
