OsteoPlug Bone Graft Composite Plug, 10 x 20 mm, 5/Pk. It is a combination of 80% carbonate apatite granules and 20% Type I Achilles bovine tendon collagen. Implants can typically be placed after 6-months in extraction socket. Graft is fully resorbed in 9-12 months. No rehydration needed before placement and adapts to the shape of the defect once hydrated. Membrane is not required, if primary closure is achieved. Calcium phosphate-based mineral with a synthetic carbonate apatite structure.
