Metron IR Soak (p/n K-0003-2) is a powerful cleaning agent that contains a combination of powdered enzymes and surfactants that are effective against significant soil buildup. IR Soak comes in powdered form and is commonly used in diluted form as a 1% solution. IR Soak can be used in a 2-3% solution if needed in extreme cases of buildup. It is safe to allow IR Soak to remain in the instrument overnight.
