When next level attention to detail, BEEFY Bridge BUILT construction, and effortless adjustments all come together, you get a yoke that is truly fit for a Clydesdale!  The Clydesdale Yoke is equipped with a crossmember that adjusts quickly and easily allowing you to seamlessly go from from exercises like yoke carries to Zercher carries & squats as well as a variety of sled push and pull exercises. Any barbell exercise you can think of is also included with the optional J-Hooks making this much more than just a strongman training tool! *Without an upper bolt-on crossmember, the Clydesdale Yoke has the ability to easily be broken down and stored making it a great option for home gyms and those limited on space!
