Darjeeling - Organic Fair Trade

The Champagne of teas, and for good reason, Darjeeling, though grown in Indian soil is actually a Chinese Tea. Our pure Darjeeling tea is painstakingly hand-harvested in autumn, and only partially oxidized, this floral and astringent tea is more of an Oolong than a traditional black tea. Its flavor is delicate and complex bearing all the life and character of Northern India.
