Using an advance HDBaseT chipset inside this Brightlink HDBaseT Extender over single Cat6 cable can reach distances up to 228ft @1080p, and 130ft @ 4Kx2K. The Wide Band band (38K-56KHz) Bi-Directional IR allows you to either control your display from your source or your source from your display. The IR signal is passed through the Cat5e/6 cable using the IR-TX (transmitter) cable and IR-RX (receiver) cable. The Wide Band frequency of 38K-56KHz makes these compatible with almost all IR remotes. The Dual POC/POE features allows you to power the Transmitter from the Receiver or the Receiver from the Transmitter through the cat5e/6 cable so only one power supply is needed. This Extender Set also features a HDMI loop out on the Transmitter for a local display viewing and two HDMI outs on the Receiver allowing to use this Extender Set in a 1x2 Splitter set up. The slim design of these extenders make them easy to install behind today ultra slim HDTVs.
