Serve with grilled red meat, meat in sauce, or cheese. 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot. Chateau Dumas Cenot is located in the village of Pellegrue, in the eastern portion of the Entre-Deux-Mers. Its vineyards are comprised of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, from vines averaging 25 years of age.
