Distant Thunder (1961) an original tempera painting by Andrew Wyeth that portrays the artist’s wife Betsy with their dog. With a title that suggests sound, Wyeth’s use of light and shadow allow the subjects to illuminate the canvas. Frame : Standard 1” black wood frame with non-glare plexiglass.
