This is not a scaled down harness. Finn is an XXS dog harness designed specifically for the tiniest bigger chested and/or longer bodied dogs. Our size Finn dog harness has a very soft yet durable reflective ribbon chest strap. The girth is made from ultra soft webbing with a 5/8" buckle, and it is set far enough back on the harness to keep the dog level if you need to lift the dog by the harness to get them in your arms in a hurry.
