Glad Plaid Hatteras is a modern newsboy cap - it's not as full bodied as a traditional newsboy, with more fitted sides and no flop. There's a separation between the brim and the body of the hat, which is sewn down (no snap) and has a slightly curved bill. Constructed in 8-panels with the classic button on top, this shape has a tailored, updated fit while holding on to the spirit of the Gatsby era newsboy.
