Handwoven Cotton Placemat  SPECS: Woven on a 45” Macomber Floor Loom Warp: Shades of blue and orange cotton yarn Weft: thick and thin dark teal cotton yarn Approximately 11” wide by 18” long Finish:Machine sewn hem  ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Made by hand in our Bristol, Rhode Island studio. Our loom is set up and threaded with a 6 color warp in alternating color blocks. Two shuttles containing thick dark teal cotton and thin teal cotton weft are then thrown back and forth in a rep weave pattern, creating ribs of bright color. CARE: Machine wash cold, dryer safe.
