Fully CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction, precision diamond knurl pattern to insure surprisingly comfortable grip performance, and adds a great custom look to your bike at the same time. Fits Triumph Bonneville, Scrambler, Thruxton, Thunderbird and Legend tanks. Easy installation. Uses all the stock gas cap components - just remove snap ring from the old cap with snap ring pliers and install ours in seconds. Offered in your choice of Hard Black anodize, Clear anodize, or Chrome plated finishes. 2-15/16" (74mm) outside diameter, 1/2" (13mm) thick. Made in the USA Gas Cap Installation Use snap ring pliers to remove retaining ring holding stock gas cap threads to cap. Install gas cap threads to Joker Machine gas cap iwth stock retaining ring. Snap ring pliers can be found at most local hardware stores.
