Dom. Gavoty 'Grand Classique' Rosé

What a delight! Domaine Gavoty has been making exquisite wines for decades, but they have traditionally sold it all to France’s high-end French restaurants. Roselyn Gavoty is the eighth generation to lead the estate in which time she has converted to organic viticulture. A classic, beautifully textured rosé representative of the traditional style that made Provençal wines famous. The “Grand Classique” bottling consists of Grenache and Cinsault with a small addition of Carignan.
