These are a NEW product, so they will come with a 90-day malfunction warranty, this covers any possible defects with the new style lights but obviously doesn't cover crashes or accidents. Since the LED's are RGB single strips they are hard to see when on and in direct sunlight shining into them. At night or when shaded they are not
