Mineral oil protects your cutting board from moisture and helps keep it stable. Stabilizes your cutting board Offers water resistance Apply once every 2-4 weeks for the first few months, then do as is needed. We recommend pouring the oil on your board, wiping the board with a paper towel, and letting it soak for 20 minutes. Wipe off and do the other side. I would also recommend Bees Buffer.
