Limited Releases: Test Tide Junmai 750ml

Our master brewer, Brandon has prepared a brand new junmai, Test Tide! The term “junmai” means that there are only four ingredients in the bottle: Rice, Water, Koji, Yeast. If you see the term “junmai” without the words “Ginjo” or “Daiginjo” next to it, then you can typically expect the sake to be a bit more robust with a focus on rice flavors and aromas rather than an emphasis on delicacy.
