This vintage Care Bears PVC miniature figurine is "Baby Tugs Bear Stacking Blocks." Baby Tugs Bear is blue with a white diaper and is sticking out his tongue as he stacks some alphabet blocks. Since he's a baby, he's a little smaller than the other figurines in the collection. Baby Tugs bear has a few brown spots here and there, but he's otherwise in good vintage condition and would also make a cute cake topper for a birthday or a baby shower. He's one of the more rare and hard-to-find Care Bears miniatures.The figurine has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1984."
