FYI:  I know some are hesitant to purchase anything other than Ball or Kerr.  These are made by the same Company.  The rubber on these feels like the Ball lids.  I have used these lids and rings in my canning extensively the last 3 seasons.  I use a steam canner and a pressure canner. These are new lids from a local distillery who ordered the wrong size.  Yeah, for the home canner!
