Bru's Dry Wors (pronounced Dry Vors), aka Droëwors, is air dried beef boerewors, South Africa's signature sausage. Boerewors is an Afrikaans word which means farmers sausage, which was created by the farmers of Dutch descent. A perfect balance of spices makes this sausage unique, with coriander being the prominent flavor. Once dried, you get something magical. Our 2oz portions are just the right size for a pick me up or if you just want to give Dry Wors a try.
