Melling torque camshaft lifter kit for 1968-84 flat tappet (non-roller) Olds V8 307 350 400 403 455 engines. Includes Required ZDDP Zinc Additive and assembly grease. Specs: Valve Lift (INT/EXH): .450"/.474" ADV Duration (INT/EXH): 280°/289° Duration @ .050" (INT/EXH): 204°/214° Centerline: (INT/EXH) 106°/118° Power Range: 1,000-4,500 RPM Cam kits with Flat Tappets include a packet of Driven Assembly Grease for lubricating the cam lobe surfaces during assembly and a bottle of Engine Pro Hi-Zinc Engine Protector to add to the engine oil during break in.  It is critical to use High ZDDP/Zinc oil in every oil change on flat tappet engines.
