Description A sumptuous slab of premium pork ribs marinated, dry rubbed, slow smoked with apple wood, then slathered in sweet Carolina BBQ sauce. Fully cooked and already off the bone, our Boneless Baby Back Ribs are chef-created and rib enthusiast-approved deliciousness without all the work or the mess. Steak-style with a knife and fork, on a slider bun, or on top of fries, any way you serve ‘em, these are just darn good ribs. Available in 2, 4, or 8 - 18 oz. portions. Preparation Instructions Boneless (De-Boned) Baby Back Rib Steak * This product is fully cooked. Preparation Method:  For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 30 days.  Grill: Remove Rib Steak from package. Place on grill at medium to high temperature. Cook 3-5 minutes per side (Use Spatula to turn) until heated through.  Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees. Remove Rib Steak from package and place on a cookie sheet.
