Ashen Stone

Ashen Stone is one of the lightest-colored stones available, maintaining its pale tones even when wet. The color ranges from off-white to gray, which is how it earned its name. Some even have subtle streaks of rusty orange for added character! Because of this unique coloration, it stands out beautifully when paired with a dark substrate or with lush green or red plants. This stone is also suitable for non-aquarium use and will work beautifully in terrariums, paludariums, or similar planted enclosures to achieve a bright, clean aesthetic. Stones vary in shape, size, and density. Important Notes: This is a natural product and has the potential to alter water parameters slightly. We recommend rinsing stones thoroughly before use to remove any natural dust or sediment. Stone coloration darkens when wet.
