Product Description This kit comes with 1 250g Coco Coir Bricks and 1lb worm chow Coco Coir Benefits • Excellent air, space and water holding capacity • pH Neutral • Holds between 8 & 10 times its volume in water   Worm Chow • Increase reproduction • Increase worm size • Improves health of worms   Instructions: In a bucket, bin or large tray, add 1/2 gallon of water per block Let brick soak for a couple minutes Slowly break up brick by hand or other method until water is fully absorbed Squeeze excess water from coir and place in your bin Place your worms in coir in your bin Use a tablespoon of feed  every couple days. Dont add more feed until feed is gone within 24-36 hours Gradually increase amount of feed until feed is not gone within 24-36 hrs.
