Threshold/Garage Delivery Equipment is delivered by a freight carrier and brought insideyour home, on the ground level ONLY. Freight carriers will not handle products up any stairs or ramps. Also, they will NOT unpack the product to fit through doors.PLEASE NOTE: Inside Delivery is only an option if the door (on the ground level) is at least36” wide, which is the standard width of the product box. You will be contacted by thecarrier to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
