SOS spa optional shipping insurance
Our shipping insurance option provides added protection for your spa during transit, covering any damage that occurs between the time it leaves our facility and its arrival at your delivery address. This includes physical damage such as cracks, chips, or structural issues caused by mishandling during shipping. However, it does not cover cosmetic imperfections, minor scuffs, or damage that occurs after delivery, including issues resulting from improper installation or use. To take advantage of this coverage, you must inspect the spa upon delivery and report any covered damage within TWO BUSINESS DAYS (Monday - Friday.) Claims submitted outside this timeframe or after the hot tub has been moved from its original delivery location may not be eligible. This shipping insurance ensures that if your hot tub arrives with significant damage, we will work with you to repair or replace it as quickly as possible.
