This is a proper fitting gasket for your timing cover. It is always a good idea to replace this when you do the timing on your A-Series (948, 1098 or 1275) engine in your Sprite or Midget. If you are replacing this gasket, it's probably a good idea to replace the crank seal located in the cover, we have the felt version, or the rubber version.
