Last Call - Barrel Aged Coffee

Born from a unique local collaboration, Last Call brings together the craftsmanship of specialty coffee and the tradition of fine whiskey. We partnered with Three Crosses Distillery in Powhatan, Virginia to age our Colombian Excelso in genuine whiskey barrels, allowing the beans to absorb deep, spirited flavors before roasting. The result is a bold and memorable cup that bridges two worlds — smooth enough for the morning, complex enough for the evening. As you sip, expect rich waves of caramel and warm vanilla, layered with the toasted oak character that only time in a real whiskey barrel can impart. The coffee retains its Colombian roots with balanced body and sweetness, while the barrel-aging adds a subtle kick of nostalgia and indulgence.
