Our grower says its the best apple he has ever tasted! The good news is they are not nearly as fragile as a Honeycrisp, and they have a longer shelf life like a Fuji. So if you are a Honeycrisp fan, your life may have gotten a little better! Best Uses Excellent for fresh eating, salads, applesauce, cider, baking, and pies. Are Evercrisp apples good for storage? Yes - They store well as long as you can keep them cold. What's IPM? These apples are grown by a family that we have worked with for several years now, and we have never been disappointed with the quality of their fruit. As is the case with most of our other conventional fruits, these apples are grown using a method of farming known as Integrated Pest Management, which makes it possible to spray minimally.
