Vitamin A,C,E, Beta-Carotene Liposome Enhanced Delivery System Technology

Our liposomes show greater antioxidant protection, as they contain the es­sential Vitamins A, C, and E and Beta Carotene. Each of these items plays a key antioxidant role because they drastically prevent the oxidation process. Vitamin E and Beta Carotene protect cell membranes, while Vitamin C removes free radi­cals from inside the cell. Previous research has shown that these naturally occurring antioxidants can be found in fruits and vegetables and help to maintain healthy cells. Liposomes are an encapsulation technology that serves several functions. They act as a barrier to protect the active ingredients from degrading from oxidation and provide enhanced absorption by attaching onto skin cells to deliver the active ingredients where they are needed most. The size of the liposomes is well below the size that can penetrate skin allowing the active ingredients to be delivered deep into the skin tissue.
