Top rail sleeve connector

Description Top rail sleeve connector sits on top of 2 3/8 inch O.D. or 2 7/8 inch O.D. post and allows top rail pipe to slide in from both sides providing a joint connection.  We coped and welded so you don't have to.  Can be attached by either a TEKS metal screw or a simple tack weld to post.
