This is a 40' house that was originally ordered by a customer of ours that we are now selling on consignment.The exterior includes vinyl siding with a rustic wood facade, giving it not only a rustic and inviting look but provides an additional layer of protection from the elements.It has 2 large, walk-in bathrooms with full-size showers and outlets for a full-size washer and dryer.The large kitchen provides tons of cabinets and counter space with enough room for a full-size refrigerator. It also contains a countertop burner but can be upgraded with a full-size oven/range if desired.There are 3 bedrooms, all are equipped with windows, lights and multiple electrical outlets.
