Hitch Hanger Assembly - For 2 x 2 Receiver ONLY - ( Top Hanger ) Zinc Plated to resist rust and mounts in minutes with a small 6 adjustable wrench. Simply slide the black rubber block assembly into your standard 2 x 2 hitch receiver and tighten the jam nut down tightly to expand the rubber block against the inside of the hitch receiver tube. Tighten Securely ! Place your balls and washer over the bolt and tighten the lock nut enough for the lock nut to grab, but also - allowing the balls to swing very freely, to & fro, left and right, back and forth, to and fro !
