The Domaine d'Ardhuy is an emblematic vineyard of Burgundy located at the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. A family property, it is the treasure of the d'Ardhuy family who acquired it in 1947. Its wines reflect the diversity of the climates of Burgundy and seduce by their finesse and their balance. This white wine comes from the slopesabove Savigny-Les-Beaune in the heart of Burgundy. The vines are over 30 yearsold and sit atop the clayey limestone soil on the perfectly southern facingplots. The wine itself is firm, fresh anddelicious with lovely white flowers, and honey on the nose leading to a pallet of lemon peel, fresh wildflowers, crushed seashells and freshly baked shortbread.
