2020 Piattelli "Cab Five" Red Blend

Born from our Animaná vineyard in Cafayate, above 5,500 feet. With calcareous, stone, and sandy soils, this blend of 5 grapes it is here to prove the potential of this unique terroir. With a deep cherry red color, it has notes of menthol, cherries, tobacco, spices and true. Complex both on the nose and the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity and silky tannins. Full-bodied and structured, notes of cassis appear on the palate with a long finish. It is distinguished by its complexity and elegance.
