2021 Familia Torres "Gonfaus"

Complex aromas of ripe fruit with somewhat spicy undertones and display well integrated acidity, good concentration, and ripe, sweet tannins. The varietal Gonfaus, was believed to be extinct from when phylloxera struck Spain, and was rediscovered as of 1998.  As a Buon Vino exclusive, we are so excited to be able to share with you a truly unique wine worthy of its revitalization under the care of the impressive Torres family.
