This listing is for a sublimation transfer, NOT a cup or a digital design. Size of transfer will be 9.3" X 8.2" and works great for 20 oz. tumbler Sublimation transfers can be used on material that is at least 50% polyester (ideally more polyester the better).  Sublimation transfers work best on light or white colored material and will not work on black.  Sublimation transfers do not have WHITE ink.  Sublimation transfers print much lighter than they press. Pressing Sublimation Transfers: Het Press @ 400 degrees for 60 seconds Parment or butcher paper needs to go between the t-shirt and on the top of the press to prevent bleeding through the t-shirt.  If you are using light colored shirts it's recommended that you put a piece of parchment or butcher paper inside the shirt so no bleeding of ink goes to the back of the shirt.
