No writing or markings in the book, 259 pp. A look into the world of collectible books. One of the best books I've read regarding the book world. McMurtry is a wonderful writer and the best when it comes to books about books. Books: A Memoir, is the first of three memoirs from McMurtry. Literary Life: A Second Memoir (2009) was followed by Hollywood: A Third Memoir (2011). Aside from his career as a Pulitzer-Prize winning author (Lonesome Dove), he was also very well-known as a bookseller.
