Our August Candle Artist is, Jacqueline Furlong.  The Candle: Encircled combines mandarin and cranberry prosecco in a lively and invigorating blend. The top notes feature grapefruit, lemony citron, and mandarin, complemented by hints of peach, orange, and delicate cyclamen for a burst of brightness. The cranberry prosecco adds an effervescent touch, while top notes of citrus and cranberry infuse a cheerful, tart twist into the sparkling champagne middle notes. The harmonious combination of mandarin and cranberry prosecco creates a delightful synergy that completes the circle of flavors. The Artist: Color captivates my imagination. Incorporating color in my art is a symbol of inclusion. I didn’t become an artist until a dirt bike crash broke my back in Cambodia. I allowed myself freedom to create without the constraint of realism and it made art mine. I am formally trained as a scientist and that knowledge dictates my artistic style.
