Kim Whaley • Rose Reverie

Our September Candle Artist is, Kim Whaley.  The Candle: Deeply aromatic, Rose Reverie blooms with top notes of ozone and green leaves, before revealing a heart of rose, carnation, lily of the valley, and ylang ylang. Steeped in a base of white tea, jasmine and sandalwood rounds out this sophisticated candle.  The Art Inspiration: Inspired by a vintage tea cup passed down by Kim’s grandmother, Rose Reverie echos the feeling of having a cup of tea in a garden on an early fall day, lost to the gentle breeze and the cadence of conversation with a loved one. Each candle features a hand-drawn bloom chosen from Kim’s garden for its unique shape and imperfections.  The Artist: Kim Whaley is an award winning artist whose work has been shown throughout the Southeast.
