Jamaican Jerk Hot Sauce

Creating our Jamaican Jerk hot sauce with Midwestern ingredients was a culinary adventure that resulted in an amazingly rich, complex, and delicious sauce. Use it on grilled fish, pork, or as a vegetable dipping sauce. Keeping with tradition, our jerk hot sauce gets it heat from classic habanero peppers grown on our farm and the fields of friendly farmers we know.  Ingredients: onion, brown sugar, white vinegar, honey, lime juice, habanero pepper, ginger, spices, garlic, black garlic. 5 fl oz (147mL) Available by the bottle or a set of three.
