SUPER DUTY DANA 60s HAVE ALL THE RIGHT PARTS.  35 spline axle shafts inside and out, high pinion reverse cut gears, 3.5' x .500 wall tubing, extremely strong unit bearings, Cast Steel Steering knuckles and heavy duty brakes.  They do have one major downfall.... BALL JOINTS.    The ball joints are an easy and more accurate way for OEM manifactures to get accurate steering angles and long service life but when coupled with heavy offroad tires and rough driving the upper ball joint has proven to be a weak point.   These ball joint eliminators delete the weak factory upper ball joint and replace it with a bomb-proof 1' high strength shoulder bolt and bronze bushing.  This design is stronger than the previous kingpin design eliminating the weakest part of the super duty axle!!!
