Axle tabs (blemished)

Due to supplier error, we have axle tabs that we can't use on our builds. Our problem might be your solution. #1) .250" thick, 4" tall, 2.9" wide, 1.25" radius on top, .75"hole #2) .250" thick, 4.562" tall, 3" wide, 1.25" radius on top, .75"hole #3) .375" thick, 4.125" tall, 3" wide, 1.25" radius on top, .75"hole #4) .375" thick, 4.875" tall, 3.25" wide, 1.25" radius on top, .75"hole Dimensions are not exact.
