Prosecco & Lobster Pasta Workshop Celebrate the start of a new year with a sparkling evening of coastal luxury. Guests will handcraft fresh pasta from scratch, then toss it in a silky prosecco cream sauce studded with tender lobster and herbs. The evening begins with a light citrus–arugula salad and warm bread and ends with a toast to new beginnings. Experience Expectation:A guided, hands-on pasta workshop with a celebratory touch.
